Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certification; ability to use EMR and other software applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-visit planning by reviewing patient records and updating with recent results.
• Assists physician with examinations and procedures; prepares patients for exams.
• Takes vital signs, records in chart, and performs point-of-care tests.
• Maintains patient flow and clinic/office workflow per protocols; documents in EMR.
