Qualifications

EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injection experience.
Epic experience preferred.

Demonstrated customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and guests using AIDET and provide excellent service.
Accurately and efficiently perform administrative duties in ambulatory settings, including rooming and documentation in EMR.
Record vitals, med history, and ensure up-to-date charts and referrals.
May schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate care with physicians and labs.
Assist with vaccines, specimen collection, and lab results; manage forms and prior authorizations.
