Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistant care under supervision of physicians, providers and licensed nurses in ambulatory settings.
• Greet patients using AIDET and ensure excellent service experience.
• Document vitals, medications, histories in EMR; handle MyChart messaging.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and insurance forms; obtain preauthorization as needed.
• Administer vaccines and collect specimens per protocol; document results.
• Communicate with multidisciplinary team and uphold mission/values.
