Job summary

The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care across ambulatory clinics in the Culpeper area. The position involves in-person support at the Specialty Same-Day Care Clinic (SSDC) and coverage for the CPG Clinical Float Team, with opportunities for remote work-from-home clinical support as allowed by operations.

Training will be provided, flexibility is essential to support changing clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Current Virginia LPN license or eligibility.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ambulatory settings.
• Assist nurses/providers with data collection and care planning.
• Prioritize nursing activities with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and reinforce care plans.
