Job summary

Visante is seeking a dynamic Director of Pharmacy to lead our Ambulatory Infusion Services line onsite. This role oversees home infusion and infusion suite services, with full accountability for operations, financial performance, and patient experience.

The Director will partner with Infusion Strategy, Revenue Cycle, Medication Access, Specialty Pharmacy and 340B, ensuring compliance and high-quality service across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from an accredited college or university or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a P&L budget and 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Licensed pharmacist in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects for home infusion and infusion suite services.
• Oversee client engagements and ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Manage home infusion program, including education, policy development, growth, compliance, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee operations at client infusion locations, including pharmacy dispensing and infusion nursing programs.
• Interface with healthcare professionals and leadership to drive business growth through referrals.
• Provide supervision and development for pharmacists and support staff.
