Responsibilities

• Oversee CCBD/Infusion Clinic operations and 110 clinical staff.
• Balance clinical quality with operational performance and fiscal goals.
• Develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, HIPAA) and safety standards.
• Guide staffing, scheduling, and workflow across locations.
• Lead continuous improvement and staff development initiatives.
