Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 6 months of administrative experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service-related role.
• Familiarity with authorization process and managed care programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities
