Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Part-Time Float Medical Receptionist to support multiple clinics by managing patient check-ins and registration across primary care and specialty ambulatory settings. Assignments are based on operational needs, and schedules are provided one week in advance.

This role requires adaptability, independence, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. You will quickly learn clinic workflows and provide a welcoming, professional experience for patients at all locations.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year post-secondary education in business, medical assistant, nursing assistant, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service to physicians, patients and other internal/external customers.
• Ability to work professionally with physicians, clinic staff and patients in a timely, confidential manner.
• Demonstrated analytical, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and dedication to team environment.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Valid drivers license required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and serve as first point of contact at check-in.
• Answer calls and manage check-ins/outs per protocols.
• Schedule appointments and register patients across multiple Nebraska Medicine facilities.
