You will provide direct nursing care across the lifespan, support providers, and coordinate patient services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed NM or Compact state nursing license.
• ADN required with BSN completion planned within 5 years.
• Specialty certifications preferred.
• BLS required; additional emergency and area-specific credentials may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for nurse visits in ambulatory setting per clinic model.
• Provide telephone triage and patient guidance per clinic model.
• Manage medication refills as an agent of the provider using nursing protocols.
• Ensure safe, timely, patient-centered care for all patients.
