Xanitos, Inc. seeks a 1st Shift EVS Ambulatory Manager for Kaiser Permanente Kensington Medical Center in Kensington, MD. The role develops the incumbent to assume operational duties through hands-on training under the Area Ambulatory Manager.

Responsibilities include staff selection, scheduling, training, discipline, and ensuring a safe, clean environment. Requires ambulatory and payroll experience with strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Ambulatory supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
• Payroll experience in healthcare or service industries.
• Training experience and ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection and schedule coverage to meet account needs.
• Assign personnel to areas or projects.
• Conduct quality checks and manage inventory of materials and equipment.
• Ensure orientation and ongoing education for EVS staff.
• Provide coaching and corrective guidance to staff as needed.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment.
• Travel to client locations as required.
