Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection. Interview candidates as needed and schedule days off.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory and equipment use.
• Ensure staff receives orientation, initial training, and ongoing education.
• Provide guidance and motivation to maximize staff performance.
• Discipline associates when necessary per progressive discipline guidelines.
• Prepare disciplinary reports and follow-up investigations as needed.
• Maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment.
• Demonstrate Xanitos culture, values, and management philosophy.
• Meet performance plans with quality leadership.
