Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift EVS Ambulatory Manager at Kaiser Permanente Kensington Medical Center in Kensington, MD.

The role trains and prepares the incumbent to assume operational duties of the EVS Ambulatory department under the supervision of an experienced Area Ambulatory Manager. The ideal candidate has ambulatory and payroll experience, training experience, and strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage staff, schedules, and maintain sanitary, orderly facilities across

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection; schedule time off to meet client needs.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory.
• Ensure EVS staff receives proper orientation and ongoing education.
• Provide guidance and motivation to maximize staff performance.
• Discipline associates per progressive guidelines.
• Prepare disciplinary reports and follow up investigations.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
