Xanitos, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift EVS Manager for Kaiser Permanente in Anaheim, California. You will lead the Environmental Services team, coordinating with hospital departments to provide the highest level of service.

Ideal candidates will have EVS management experience, strong leadership, a customer‑service mindset, and proficiency with Windows-based office software. A High School diploma or GED is required; union knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have EVS healthcare management experience.
• Union knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection and scheduling.
• Assign personnel to work areas or projects.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage inventory and equipment.
• Ensure proper orientation and ongoing training for staff.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff; enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environments.
• Demonstrate Xanitos’ culture and management philosophy.
