Job summary

UVA Health seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for Ambulatory Endoscopy to travel between Gainesville and Warrenton locations. The role focuses on providing high-quality patient care in ambulatory settings, collaborating with physicians and clinical teams, and supporting clinic operations.

A sign-on bonus is offered. The position requires RN licensure in Virginia, completion of an approved nursing program, and at least 1 year of nursing experience (3 years preferred).

Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing program as approved by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; 3 years preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Virginia prior to onboarding.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and Universal Precautions.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in ambulatory Endoscopy settings, coordinating with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Lead and support clinic operations and day-to-day nursing tasks.
• Assist with ordering of clinical supplies and maintain inventories and documentation.
• Ensure care for all age populations with appropriate assessments and plans.
