HSHS St Elizabeth's Hospital is seeking an Ambulatory RN for the Endoscopy specialty within our Surgery Center in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include patient histories, diagnostic testing, medication administration, and care plan development with a team of professionals.

Role offers day shift with 10-hour days; located in the Ambulatory Surgery Center at St Elizabeth Hospital in O’Fallon, IL. Requires RN licensure in the state; BSN preferred and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Record patient histories and perform diagnostic tests in an outpatient setting.
• Administer medications and develop patient care plans with other medical professionals.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures and operate/monitor equipment as needed.
