Advocate Health is seeking a registered nurse for the Outpatient Endoscopy Center. The role supports patient care on a 40-hour week, with 4 ten-hour shifts from 0600 to 1630, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays, ensuring consistent work-life balance.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, participating in governance and quality initiatives, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation while upholding safety standards and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• RN license in appropriate state with privileges to practice.
• BLS certification required; other certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsabilités

• Engage in quality initiatives and evidence-based practice to improve care.
• Assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocol.
• Communicate effectively and support team collaboration.
