Job summary

HSHS Medical Group seeks an Ambulatory Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy specialty within our surgery center. The role involves nursing care for outpatients, charting patient histories, assisting during procedures, and coordinating with physicians and staff at the St Elizabeth Hospital Ambulatory Surgery Center in O’Fallon, IL.

The position offers a day shift with 10-hour days on a rotating start time as early as 6a. A BSN is preferred and current RN licensure in the practice state is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in an outpatient setting.
• Record patient histories, perform diagnostic tests, administer medications, and develop care plans with the healthcare team.
