Job summary

HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital is seeking a Consulting Provider Solutions Specialist to serve as a subject-matter expert for ambulatory EHR implementations and optimization. You will lead projects, train clinicians and staff, and coordinate across IT&S teams to improve workflow and adoption of EHR technologies.

The role requires strong customer service, project management, and clinical informatics knowledge, with a focus on delivering seamless provider support and maximizing system

Qualifications

College graduate or advanced course studies or related experience.
5 years previous experience in healthcare related.
Experience supporting providers and ambulatory EHR users.
Ability to coordinate training and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

Lead ambulatory EHR implementations for providers and practices.
Provide training and second-level support for dictation and voice recognition.
Coordinate provider and practice service requests and incident resolutions.
Promote system security, access controls, and patient confidentiality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve provider utilization of EHR tools.
