Frederick Health Medical Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Services RN Manager to lead ambulatory care operations. The role supports FHMG Directors, develops clinical programs, and ensures compliance with quality and safety standards across primary care and specialty practices.

The position requires an RN license, a Bachelor’s in nursing, and a minimum of five years in leadership within a physician practice or hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher is required.
• Maryland State Board of Nursing license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Staff education/training experience preferred.
• Previous management of clinical staff and operations is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Strong customer service and patient education skills are required.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and patient information.
