Frederick Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Services RN Manager to lead the FHMG Primary Care and Specialty Practices under the Director. Must hold Maryland RN license, provide clinical leadership, ensure evidence-based care, and drive quality and safety across operations.

The role includes developing care pathways, coordinating with Medical Directors, overseeing triage RNs, eRX, QA coordinators, and education specialists, and aligning programs with regulatory and value-based care goals.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Maryland per Board of Nursing.
• Must have 5 years of leadership experience in clinical settings.
• Experience with patient safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent customer service and patient education skills.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads FHMG clinical operations and quality initiatives.
• Collaborates with Medical Directors and practice leadership.
• Oversees clinical workflow, performance, and patient safety programs.
• Manages education, QA coordination, and clinical standards adherence.
• Ensures compliance with FHMG policies and regulatory bodies.
• Supports development of care pathways and provider engagement.
