You will oversee clinical programs, care pathways, QA activities, staff development, and performance improvement initiatives, partnering with Medical Directors and Practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher required.
• Maryland State Board of Nursing current license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Clinical Services operations within FHMG primary and specialty practices.
• Develop and ensure clinical competency, quality/safety programs, and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors, Directors, and Practice Management to drive initiatives and improve patient care.
• Oversee QA processes, training, and performance improvement studies.
• Coordinate policy development and implementation of clinical protocols and workflows.
• Mentor staff, promote teamwork, and ensure optimal patient experience.
