North Country Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Educator to lead education across ambulatory practices. You will develop, implement, and assess educational programs to improve quality, patient experience, and regulatory readiness.

The role involves mentoring clinical staff, coordinating with practice managers, and delivering on-site education across multiple sites in New Hampshire. RN licensure and nursing education credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN); MSN preferred.
• Current RN license (State of New Hampshire).
• CRHCP preferred; CNE or ambulatory care certification preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory, primary care, or specialty practice; staff development/training experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for ambulatory care staff.
• Evaluate learning needs through observation, performance data, and leadership collaboration.
• Create learning materials, simulations, and competency validations to improve care.
• Mentor emerging clinical leaders and support system-wide education initiatives.
• Provide on-site education across multiple locations and participate in clinical operations as needed.
