Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Clinical Adoption Analyst to educate providers and staff on the athena system, optimize workflows, and ensure regulatory standards. You will serve as the first line of support, assist with scheduling, and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues, enabling efficient patient care across ambulatory settings.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Athena experience and a healthcare background, with travel up to 50% for go-lives and training events.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience; 1 year of Athena experience required.
• Certifications: Medical Assistant preferred.
• Travel: Overnight travel (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Train providers and clinical staff on Lifepoint standard use of the athena clinical system.
• Act as first point of contact for clinicians using ambulatory systems.
• Review known issues and communicate with vendors and market leadership as required.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Lifepoint applications and understand clinical workflows.
