Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS/PALS or similar certifications as required by the clinical setting.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills.
• BSN must be obtained within four years for RNs with <12 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks within the interdisciplinary care team.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans as needed.
