Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for the Bountiful Clinic to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outpatient care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and the health team within ambulatory care, using established protocols and timely documentation. Preferred candidates have Pediatrics/ED/ICU or Urgent Care experience and hold an RN license in the state of practice, with BLS and other required certifications.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• ACLS, PALS, or equivalent as required by the setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• RNs with less than 12 months of RN experience must obtain their BSN within four years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social and psychological status and collect relevant information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care.
• Implement and coordinate plan of care with appropriate delegation and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and adapt the plan as needed.
• Maintain lawful and ethical documentation and comply with licensure requirements.
