Responsibilities

• Take vitals and escort patients to exam rooms; document interactions according to policy.
• Assist with documents, interpreter services, HIPAA compliance, and medical records prep.
• Maintain clean, stocked rooms; assist in room setup per department needs.
• Handle incoming calls, relay messages, and manage mail and supplies.
• Ensure medical records are complete and compliant with laws.
• Improve patient flow with courteous, proactive service.
