UVA Community Health seeks a Nurse Practice Manager to oversee operations for a small to medium physician practice. This exempt role requires nursing leadership, 3 years of ambulatory management experience, and Virginia RN licensure.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating across locations, and ensuring regulatory and financial standards are met. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from an accredited program preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience required. Management experience in an Ambulatory Environment preferred.

• Oversee multiple locations and service lines as needed.
