UVA Health Community Health in Manassas, VA seeks a Clinic Administrator I to oversee operations of a small to medium physician practice. This entry-to-mid level role coordinates staff, processes, and patient flow across locations.

Manages, supervises, and coordinates all functions and activities related to the operations of a small to medium sized physician practice. This is an entry to mid-level practice management position with a minimum to moderate level of complexity. Practice scope is minimal to moderate for number of providers, staff and potential revenue and possible practices in 2 or more locations.
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from an accredited program preferred.
3 years of relevant experience required. Management experience in an Ambulatory Environment preferred. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.
Registered Nurse with a current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia preferred.
Current and future trends/practice in area of responsibility; regulatory and governing standards, policies and procedures; information systems and software used in area of responsibility; equipment used in performing assigned duties; application of safety and infection control policies and procedures; skills in interviewing and selection process; understanding of budgeting, staffing, payroll and purchasing processes; implementation of competency, feedback, development and progressive discipline processes; teambuilding, conflict management, and interpersonal relationship skills; principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models; decision making, project leadership and consultation, delegation and communication skills; understanding of customer needs and expectations and knowledge for improvement to exceed customer expectations.

The base compensation range for this role is $29.54 - $58.90 hourly.
Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs such as shift differentials, clinical ladders, and other incentives that may be available for those in eligible positions.
