Qualifications

• Virginia RN licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations across the CPG network to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Oversee clinical onboarding, training and competency validation.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to optimize workflows and care coordination.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation within EHR (Epic).
• Develop and maintain standardized clinical protocols and patient instructions.
