Heights Clinic in Billings, MT is seeking a full-time leader to oversee ambulatory care operations, with accountability for customer service, HR, information systems, patient-focused care, quality, and financial management.

The role collaborates with hospital sites and physician leadership, manages daily staffing and scheduling, handles prior authorization and referrals, drives patient safety and quality initiatives, and supports budgeting and HR processes within Intermountain Health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Two (2) years of supervisory-level experience is required
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for two years of the required experience
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field is preferred
• Healthcare and/or Specialty Clinic experience (e.g., Cardiology, Neurology)

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with hospital care sites and physician leadership.
• Promotes effective working relationships to achieve goals and objectives.
• Addresses patient questions and billing concerns and ensures satisfactory resolutions.
• Creates and oversees daily work schedules including staffing and float coverage.
• Oversees schedule management to balance access, utilization, and continuity.
• Manages prior authorization and referral processes.
• Leads clinic team in problem solving related to patient safety, care, and service.
• Assists in development of capital planning and operating budgets.
• Manages HR functions including interviewing, orientation, education/training, performance evaluation, and policy development.
• Directs training of new employees and partners with clinic physician leadership.
• Promotes patient safety culture and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Partners with physicians on panel management and population health records.
• Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health.
