Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking an RN for Ambulatory Care in Belfast, combining Primary Care and Walk-In Care to deliver patient-centered care. You will work across both settings, covering preventive care, chronic disease management, education, and same-day visits with a diverse team on MaineHealth’s Waldo Hospital campus. You will join a 28-person team providing care to patients of all ages, with hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

in Primary Care and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Walk-In Care, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state RN license; BLS required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: One year of RN experience required; onboarding requirements include New Grad Residency where available.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across ambulatory care settings.
• Support physicians/advanced practice practitioners with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with a team of 28 providers, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
