Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across assigned unit.
• Develop and revise patient care plans based on assessments.
• Document patient progress and care administered.
• Supervise and coordinate care from licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and post-discharge needs.
• Manage time and resources to deliver safe and effective nursing care.
• Administer medications per physician orders and facility policy.
