Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care within ambulatory settings using nursing process.
• Performs preliminary assessment via observation and chart review.
• Evaluates unstable or complex patient situations and intervenes as needed.
• Uses independent nursing judgment and collaborates with team for safe patient care.
• Maintains documentation and uses care standards to guide actions.

Education

RN license
