Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
• BSN degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Deliver care using the nursing process and independent nursing judgment.
• Ensure patient safety through documentation and handoff tools.
• Create and execute plans of care, assess patient needs, and evaluate outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based nursing practice and participate in patient-centered care.
