Qualifications

• Required - Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• RN license in Tennessee; BLS required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient and improve the care experience for the patient and family.
• Coordinate education, resources, and activities that provide understanding and support for patients and families.
• Maintain reliable systems to document, track and monitor patient data.
• Perform clinical procedures within the scope of nursing practice and clinical training.
• May perform telephone duties within the scope of RN role.
