Job summary

UC Davis Health in Sacramento seeks an Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Manager to lead primary care services and population health initiatives, drive strategy, and ensure regulatory compliance across accrediting bodies.

You will oversee pharmacists in clinics, support staff, and the financial assistance program while collaborating with outpatient and specialty leadership to expand revenue and optimize care delivery.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted California Pharmacist License or eligibility to obtain CA license.
• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) from an accredited school or equivalent.
• Management or supervisory experience within ambulatory care or equivalent leadership.
• Completion of PGY1 residency or 3 years of pharmacist experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to lead, supervise staff, and manage change and HR administration.

Responsibilities
