Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted California Pharmacist License with CA license within 1 year if out-of-state
• PharmD from an accredited college/university or equivalent training
• Management or supervisory experience in ambulatory care or equivalent leadership
• PGY1 residency completed or 3 years pharmacist experience
• Knowledge of pharmacy practice and best practices for patient care
• Stay updated on pharmacy regulations, drugs, and research developments
• Knowledge of federal/state pharmacy laws and regulations
• Leadership skills in HR administration and staff development
• Conflict resolution skills to resolve personnel issues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle change
• Customer service orientation with empathy for patients
• Organize operations and improve workflow systems
• Collaborate across departments for daily pharmacy activities
• Strong interpersonal skills with peers and staff
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving to evaluate issues
