Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the front desk and register/admit patients.
• Verify insurance and process co-payments for facility and provider.
• Schedule appointments and manage timing to meet eligibility.
• Provide ongoing on-site customer service and update patients on wait times.
• Perform general clerical tasks: calls, emails, and reminder calls.
• Scan/upload patient information to EMR and coordinate with Financial Clearance Center.
