Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred or in progress.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills; strong multitasking ability.

Aufgaben

• Register patients with accurate financial and demographic information.
• Handle inquiries in a courteous, helpful manner.
• Determine patient/guarantor financial status and complete related functions and signatures.
• Communicate with third-party payers, obtain benefits and authorizations.
• Collect payments at admission or in ER prior to discharge.
• Complete required reports and coordinate with care teams.
