Job summary

UCSF Medical Center in Oakland is seeking an Ambulance Care Administration Supervisor I to oversee imaging location operations and administrative workflows. You will supervise clinic staff, manage registrations, scheduling, and medical records, and coordinate with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years equivalent experience.
• Supervise support staff in clinic/center operations, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of practice operations, patient-scheduling systems, medical terminology and regulatory requirements.
• Basic HR management knowledge, able to train, monitor, evaluate and document HR issues.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey complex information and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of one or more imaging locations.
• Liaise with patients, clinics, radiologists and referring physicians.
• Coordinate front- and back-end Radiology communications and workflows.
• Train and supervise administrative staff as needed.
• Contribute to development of new programs, policies and procedures.
