Job summary

UC Davis Health in Sacramento is seeking an Ambulatory Care Administrative Supervisor 1 to oversee a large administrative team at the Ellison Ambulatory Care Center. This on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality patient services and coordinating daily clinic operations.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines, and manage essential computer systems and scheduling workflows to support Family Medicine services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
• 3 years supervisory experience in a clinic setting.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and HIPAA.
• Familiarity with medical coding (ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS) and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision of a large group of employees.
• Coordinate daily operations for the designated clinic location.
• Oversee computer system operations and scheduling templates.
