Responsibilities

• Defines and develops project scope, deliverables, and plans to align with project objectives in Ambulatory Care.
• Manages project lifecycle from concept to post-implementation, controlling for resources, costs, risks, conflicts, and timelines.
• Leads, supports, and influences discussions and communication to achieve project goals and represent change-management efforts.
• Works collaboratively with all organizational stakeholders to facilitate quality patient care, operational effectiveness, and process improvements.
