Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
• Registered Nurse - PA (Required)
• ACLS or PALS (Required)

• Nursing Equivalent Experience: 5+ years total clinical experience including RN and prior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory clinical operations and staffing within CPUP Administration.
• Ensure patient care quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead team development, engagement, and performance alignment with Penn Medicine objectives.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and provider workforce across multiple ambulatory practices.
• Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives across practice sites.
