Qualifications

• Bachelor/BA or BS required for clinical operations leadership.
• Master's degree preferred; results driven in ambulatory care leadership.
• Experience managing large, multi-site teams and leading managers/supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Drive entity-level performance across 19+ academic departments and 250+ ambulatory practices.
• Optimize workflows, improve operational and financial performance, and enhance access and capacity.
• Provide oversight of ambulatory efficiency, establish standards, and use data insights to improve throughput.
• Identify variation, standardize best practices, and advance continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cost containment efforts including vendor management, supply chain, and materials management.
• Partner with finance and leadership to reduce costs and maximize shared services value.
• Lead a small high-impact team and collaborate with stakeholders to align with organizational goals.
