Job summary

UCI Health seeks an experienced leader to oversee the Federation of Qualified Health Center operations within the UCI Medical Center. The role directs administrative and business operations of the FQHC clinics, ensuring grants compliance, budgets, policy adherence, and patient satisfaction.

Leading with strategic planning and collaboration with the Governing Board, the Chief Ambulatory Officer, and Physician Chairs, you will enhance financial performance and drive quality improvements in care

Qualifications

• Ten years of leadership experience in a medical practice setting or healthcare administration.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and strategic planning.
• Ability to develop financial models using Excel, Access or other applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative and business operations of the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Plan, organize, direct, and manage budgets, reporting and policy compliance
• Build internal and external relationships and address community health needs
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
