Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Federally Qualified Health Center clinics, ensuring fiscal oversight and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with governance, the Chief Ambulatory Officer and physician chairs to manage administrative operations.

The role requires a track record in healthcare administration, strong planning skills and ability to drive quality improvements while engaging diverse stakeholders across UC Irvine Health Affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Master's degree in business, healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in an academic medical center environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative and business operations of the Federally Qualified Health Center clinics.
• Ensure compliance with grants, reporting requirements and budgets.
• Lead quality initiatives and strategic planning to improve patient care and financial performance.
