Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in medical practice or healthcare administration.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to build financial models and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with strategic planning and change management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative and business operations of the FQHC clinics.
• Ensure compliance with grants, reporting requirements, and budgets.
• Plan, organize, direct, and manage operations to improve care quality.
• Build internal and external relationships with stakeholders and physicians.
• Lead quality innovations to enhance patient care and outcomes.
