Job summary

United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, West Virginia seeks an experienced healthcare administrator to lead assigned clinical and support areas, translating objectives into actions that ensure high-quality patient care, staff development, and efficient operations.

Reporting to the Director/Administrator, you will plan, organize, and supervise budgeting, staffing, and policy compliance while collaborating with medical staff to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction in a teaching environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in healthcare administration or related field.
• 2 years of healthcare management/supervisory experience.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates delivery of patient care.
• Develops and supports strategies for quality patient care.
• Ensures compliance with CLIA, OSHA, Medicare and other regulations.
• Selects, hires, trains, and evaluates staff.
• Creates a budget and monitors expenditure.
• Collaborates with Medical Director and physicians to achieve goals.
• Promotes customer satisfaction and professional patient relations.
