Job summary

Qualifications

• ACLS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing management of patient care with medical staff and practice manager.
• Foresee problems and advise administration on follow-up and attention.
• Assess the problems and needs of the patient population.
• Supervise the implementation of patient care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care delivered.
• Adjust delivery of patient care based on evaluation.
• Assure competency of clinic nursing staff.
• Plan staffing and budgeting to meet clinic needs.
• Promote open communication with nursing staff and policy adherence.
