The Ambulatory Care Nurse Manager (ACNM) at Harris Health System oversees the operational management and care delivery of one or more clinics, guiding human resources, quality and financial stewardship in the assigned area. Working with the clinic leadership team, the ACNM implements plans, enforces standards, and reports on performance toward goals.

This role mentors nursing staff, promotes a patient-centered practice model, and ensures compliance with professional standards and regulatory

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's in nursing or related field preferred.
• Texas nursing licensure; certification in a nursing specialty and/or administration within 2 years.
• Basic Life Support from an AHA-approved program.
• Two years of clinical experience.
• One year of management or supervisory experience in a clinical area.
• Bilingual Spanish required; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational management and care delivery for one or more clinics/areas.
• Manage human resources, quality, and financial performance for assigned clinics.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to implement plans and ensure adherence to standards.
• Coach nursing staff in Nursing Professional Practice Model practices and drive targeted outcomes.
